A leading hospitality group in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager - Front Office to oversee the efficient operation of the Front Desk. The role involves assisting the Director of Rooms and ensuring guest satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and possess strong communication skills in Russian, Arabic, and German.

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Front Office is responsible to assist the Director of Rooms in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel.
Preferred Language skills: Russian, Arabic and German.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
