About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Manager, Events who is looking for a new challenge! Our Assistant Manager, Events is committed to provide an amazing experience to our valued guests, delivering an exceptional level of customer service. If you are a creative problem‑solver who deals with challenges with ease and professionalism and loves working within a banqueting environment, we’d love to hear from you!

About You

Ideally, we’d like you to have a minimum 3 years of relevant experience at a similar level in a luxury hotel or other experience related to this field. You will have played a key role in previous Banqueting functions and weddings and have experience managing large events, adapting to changes, and have solid experience managing large teams, and dealing with a variety of different cultures. Previous international exposure in a hotel environment is required. Along with a solid understanding of business acumen and potential revenue generation for Atlantis Dubai. Fluency in Arabic would also be preferred for this role.
