Job summary

Landmark Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced MIS and Reporting Lead to maintain the Group MIS platform, ensuring data accuracy and secure data access across all organizational levels. The role entails managing ER/Ofin/Power BI/Cognos, collaborating with multiple brands to finalize projections, and delivering meaningful insights for strategic decisions.

You will consolidate data from various sources, generate detailed reports, and train end-users in MIS tools to foster a data-driven culture

Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance of Group MIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across all levels of the organization.
Oversee all data management for ER / Ofin / Power BI / Cognos for various Management Reporting.
Collaborate with cross brands on Cognos projections to ensure smooth closure of projection activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design reports, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Oversee data consolidation from various sources, perform data analysis, and generate insightful reports to support business performance evaluation and planning.
Provide training and support to end-users on MIS/Cognos/Excel/Power BI tools and processes, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
Monitor and analyse key retail KPIs, delivering actionable insights to support business performance
