A glimpse of your typical workday
  • Oversee inbound, storage, order picking, packing, and outbound logistics operations.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure on-time and accurate deliveries, coordinating with internal teams, transporters, and 3PL partners.
  • Enforce safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs across the warehouse and logistics areas.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and logistics teams; manage work schedules and control overtime.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse layout, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Support and manage the implementation and daily use of ERP/WMS systems.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management on operations, performance, and cost metrics.
  • Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth coordination across functions.
