Job summary

AccorHotels in Dubai seeks a dynamic Learning & Development lead to drive hotel-wide L&D initiatives from onboarding to ongoing training on digital platforms. You will create engaging programs, partner with department heads, and design career paths to enhance growth, mobility and retention.

The role emphasizes coaching, presentation skills, and strong organizational abilities to support the People & Culture team in delivering impactful learning experiences and promoting the Pullman brand culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Learning & Development ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• A passion for people growth and creating meaningful development opportunities.
• Strong facilitation coaching and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Creative adaptable and forward-thinking in approach to training and development.
• Should be tech savy with social media focus to enhance team engagement
