Responsibilities

• Responsible for looking after import/export and local purchases of HVAC items.
• Establish and maintain effective local and export supplier relationships.
• Send inquiries and receive quotes.
• Analyse offer/bid proposals and participate in awarding to qualified vendors.
• Provide comparison statements between different vendors/suppliers.
• Conduct monthly cost-saving analysis reports.
• Analyse market conditions and price variations.
• Optimise inventory levels by commodity and ensure timely material delivery.
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
• Prepare costing for each shipment.
• Maintain records for RCM VAT purposes.

Job description

You will be responsible for looking After Import / Export & Local Purchases of HVAC items.

• Establish and maintain effective local & export supplier relationship
• Send inquiries, receive quotes
• Analyse offer/bids proposals and participate in awarding to qualified vendors
• Provide Comparison Statement between difference vendors/suppliers of goods
• Monthly cost saving analysis report
• Analyse market condition and price variation
• Optimise inventory levels by commodity. Aim to bring materials in a timely manner without compromising production
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received
• Preparing costing for each shipment
• Maintaing records for RCM VAT purpose
