Key Responsibilities

• Lead and model high-quality classroom practice in line with GEMS Teaching and Learning Policy and GEMS educator frameworks
• Support the Principal and Senior Leadership Team in driving school improvement, staff development, and safeguarding priorities
• Coach and mentor teachers to maintain consistently high standards of teaching, assessment, and inclusive practice
• Use data and assessment information to improve student outcomes and support KHDA inspection readiness
• Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, and a strong school culture aligned with GEMS Founders values
• Contribute to strategic planning and implementation of whole-school initiatives
• Build strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider school community
