Responsibilities

• Lead and model outstanding classroom teaching aligned with GEMS Teaching and Learning policies.
• Support the Principal and senior leadership team in school improvement initiatives and strategic planning.
• Mentor and coach teachers to ensure high standards of instruction.
• Use student data to drive improved academic performance.
• Promote positive behaviour and well-being in school.
• Assist in maintaining inspection readiness aligned with KHDA standards.
• Support development and implementation of curriculum strategies.
• Foster effective communication with staff, students, and parents.
