Key Responsibilities
  • Greets guests with a warm FIVE‑styled welcome, ensuring a sensational journey.
  • Oversees reception and registration processes, setting the tone for excellent service.
  • Manages and coordinates front‑of‑house operations, elevating the vibe across all touchpoints.
  • Exudes a strong, approachable presence at the front desk, ready for guests and fellow FIVERs.
  • Anticipates and proactively addresses guests’ needs, inquiries, complaints and requests with utmost professionalism.
  • Prioritises regular audits and inspections of front‑desk operations to validate quality standards and identify improvement areas.
  • Schedules the front‑office team for optimal coverage during peak hours, events, and low occupancy periods.
  • Maintains strict adherence to cash‑handling procedures, ensuring precise accuracy and security.
  • Collaborates with the Front Office Manager on recruitment, training, and development.
  • Works closely with the Front Office Manager to update SOPs and deliver premium guest service.
  • Conducts performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and mentorship.
  • Oversees the reservation process, room assignments and availability to optimise occupancy and revenue.
  • Joins forces with concierge to provide personalised assistance and local arrangements.
  • Fosters open communication with housekeeping, sales, and F&B for efficient operations.
  • Builds relationships with VIP guests and repeat customers, acknowledging loyalty with personalised gestures.
  • Implements guest recognition programmes and initiatives, enhancing loyalty and reviews.
  • Monitors and responds to online reviews with professional etiquette.
