What you’ll do
- You will be responsible for supporting the team in driving continuous improvement of our Guest experience, enhancing the hotel service proposition and efficiency of processes, as well as driving key hotel projects in support of our strategic priorities and business goals.

- You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values, and bring the Company Philosophy We Care to life, ensuring our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You’ll have experience working in luxury hotels, delivering unique, tailored, and personalized experiences, and you will be responsible, together with other front of house leaders, to guide and inspire the Front Office team to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- As a detail-oriented and hands-on Team Player with strong interpersonal skills, you will thrive on mentoring team members to achieve better results and celebrate success within the team.
- You are responsible for the oversight and influence over the guest experience throughout all phases of the guest journey. Ensures all service delivery and operational processes are rooted in Guest Centricity.
- Our Assistant Front Office Manager enables operational excellence to ensure the key brand benefits are delivered throughout all touch points in the guest journey.
- Establishes and supports profitability through expense management and inventory control. Maintains a high level of awareness in hotel financial goals and implement best practices within the division to maximize capabilities and guest experience.

- You have a proven ability to analyze complex data, recommend improvement strategies, and communicate and train at all levels in the practical application of statistical methods and tools.
- You will have strong presentation skills, ability to present financial impact of recommendations made, and sell ideas persuasively, influence without direct authority, showing a high level of emotional intelligence to adapt to various cultural settings and situations.
- You are skilled in critically analyzing situations and providing balanced outcomes, while exhibiting entrepreneurial leadership and driving for maximization of returns to all stakeholders.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Other languages, including Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish, or German, are highly desirable.
- You will have a relevant professional qualification or hotel school diploma and bring a wealth of past experience working in a similar capacity for luxury hotels.
