Job summary

edari is seeking an Assistant Manager – Management Reporting with a strong audit background, preferably from a Big 4 firm, in Dubai. The role supports management reporting, general ledger close, and audit coordination for a major semi-government organization, ensuring IFRS-compliant, timely financial close.

Reporting to the Finance Manager in the Finance Shared Services Department, the candidate will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, review journal entries and reconciliations, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• 6–7 years in statutory reporting, Big 4 preferred.
• 3+ years in Internal Audit, IFRS knowledge.
• ERP systems experience, Oracle Fusion preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytics, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for senior management.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end general ledger closing activities.
• Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and key balances.
• Review reconciliations and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner.
• Support statutory audits by preparing schedules and responding to requests.
• Collaborate with GL, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Shared Services teams.
