Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to EKFC’s safety management system, HACCP protocols, and hygiene policies. Maintain a safe and compliant environment for all staff, customers, and stakeholders while aligning with regulatory standards.
- Design and implement manpower plans, conduct effective onboarding, and manage staff training programs. Monitor and mentor your team, empowering them to excel while ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Manage staff costs, including overtime and unplanned absences, while identifying ways to boost profitability across all lounges. Implement innovative solutions to address operational challenges and drive financial success.
- Partner with the production team to refine menus, enhance food presentation, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality culinary offerings.
- Develop and propose exciting new menus, introduce innovative products, and recommend strategic pricing to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales, all within defined budgets.
- Proactively address customer concerns regarding food and service quality. Use insights from customer feedback to implement meaningful improvements that exceed expectations.
- Champion quality by adhering to ISO 9001:2015 standards and implementing EKFC’s Quality Policy. Regularly review processes to ensure excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications & Expertise
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a related discipline.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality sector, including 2 years in a supervisory role within a 5-star environment (restaurant management, banquet operations, or F&B management).
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or stand-alone restaurant operations.
- Expertise in food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong track record in food quality enhancement and cost management.
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
- A proactive leader with a passion for innovation and adaptability to change.
- Ability to design and deliver personalized F&B experiences.
- Collaborative mindset with strong conflict resolution and team-building abilities.
