Overview
Operational Support: Assist in supervising the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and other F&B outlets to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Team Management: Support the F&B Manager in scheduling, training, and supervising staff. Promote teamwork, morale, and a positive working environment.
- Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to obtain feedback, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with food quality and service.
- Service Standards: Monitor service procedures to ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Assist in managing inventory levels, stock rotation, and cost control measures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Training & Development: Help organize training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge, service techniques, and customer engagement skills.
- Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and promotional activities within the outlets.
- Financial Oversight: Contribute to revenue generation efforts by supporting upselling initiatives and monitoring sales performance.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all F&B operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Administrative Tasks: Support the preparation of reports, maintain records, and assist with departmental communications.
Qualifications
Language: Russian speaker is a MUST.
Skills
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Sound knowledge of F&B service procedures and hygiene standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- High attention to detail and a guest-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
