We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our luxury hotel team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping operation, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating, scheduling, and supervising the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the hotel
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effective usage
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest concerns and maintain seamless operations
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold the hotel's high standards
  • Assist in developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently
