Job summary

Talents Tide in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Director - Sales Performance Management to drive performance across the sales organization. The role focuses on developing and executing sales performance strategies, analysing KPIs, and ensuring initiatives align with corporate objectives.

You will partner with Marketing, Product and Operations to implement training, tools adoption, and incentive schemes that boost productivity and revenue. A strong track record in sales leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• MBA or Master’s preferred for advanced roles.
• 8–10 years in sales performance or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales performance strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Establish KPIs and analyze sales data to drive growth.
• Design incentive programs and reward schemes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations.
• Track and report on sales targets and performance metrics.
