Job summary

The role requires 3-5 years’ experience in retail or fit-out projects, a bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture, and strong knowledge of materials, lighting, and finishes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in retail, commercial, or fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and design trends in retail.
• Excellent design skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Prepare complete drawing sets for retail stores and mall submissions.
• Coordinate drawings with the design team and project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate and ready for execution.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and presentation visuals for retail and interior design projects.
• Convert design concepts and drawings into realistic 3D models with accurate materials and finishes.
• Deliver presentation-ready images within project timelines.
