The successful candidate will have a degree in quantity surveying or equivalent and experience in the Middle East. You will be responsible for supporting procurement strategies, managing contracts, and guiding junior staff in a dynamic work environment focused on safety and client relationships.

The Project:

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Deliver cost management services from start to finish across various sectors.
  • Support feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection.
  • Apply value management techniques during early planning and cost plan development.
  • Assist in procurement processes including prequalification and contractor selection.
  • Prepare contract documents, manage variations, and support valuations.
  • Collaborate with Cost Consultants on cost control and financial reporting.
  • Identify costs from design changes and assist with claims and final accounts.
  • Guide junior staff, promote net zero carbon goals, and build internal relationships.
You’ll need to have:
  • Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent).
  • Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).
  • Middle East experience is essential.
