The project:

Seize this opportunity to join a great team on an outstanding aviation project, destined to set new records and define the future. This ambitious multi‑year commission with Mace offers the chance to initially shape major earthworks, infrastructure and sub‑structure elements, evolving into broad airport development.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Delivers cost management services throughout project lifecycles across various sectors.
• Supports feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection with reporting.
• Applies value management techniques during early project planning stages.
• Assists in estimating and cost planning to develop final cost plans.
• Participates in procurement processes including tender analysis and contract preparation.
• Prepares contract documents and manages variations per contract terms.
• Collaborates with Cost Consultants on cost control and financial reporting.
• Guides junior team members, supports net zero carbon initiatives, and builds stakeholder relationships.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent).
• Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).
• Middle East experience is essential.
