The project

Seize this opportunity to join a great team on an outstanding aviation project, destined to set new records and define the future. This ambitious multi-year commission with Mace offers the chance to initially shape major earthworks, infrastructure and sub‑structure elements, evolving into broad airport development.

You’ll be responsible for
  • Delivers cost management services throughout project lifecycles across various sectors.
  • Supports feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection with reporting.
  • Applies value management techniques during early project planning stages.
  • Assists in estimating and cost planning to develop final cost plans.
  • Participates in procurement processes including tender analysis and contract preparation.
  • Prepares contract documents and manages variations per contract terms.
  • Collaborates with Cost Consultants on cost control and financial reporting.
  • Guides junior team members, supports net zero carbon initiatives, and builds stakeholder relationships.
You’ll need to have
  • Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent).
  • Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).
  • Middle East experience is essential.
