Job summary

Target Engineering, Abu Dhabi, seeks an Assistant Completion Engineer to support planning, coordination, documentation, and closeout of mechanical completion and commissioning for major Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will ensure milestones are met through effective documentation management and close collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, construction, commissioning, or project documentation environments.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Completions Management Systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support completions planning, coordination of MCC, CWPs, and handover docs.
• Maintain completion databases and ensure records are complete.
• Monitor punch lists and track system readiness for turnover.
• Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, engineering and commissioning for progress reporting.
• Prepare periodic completion reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
