Job summary

ADVANCED BAKING CONCEPT (ABC ) - L.L.C in Dubai seeks an experienced Costing & Inventory Analyst to manage production costs, inventory valuation and month-end close.

You will prepare daily production cost reports, cost recipes, update GB recipes, verify stock counts, and coordinate with logistics to ensure pricing accuracy and discounts.

The role requires ICMP/ICMAI certification and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Certification in ICMP/ICMAI is mandatory.
• Strong cost accounting and budgeting skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret financial data and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily cost of production reports.
• Costing of recipes and preparation as required.
• Update recipes in GB per defined standards.
• Handle physical verification of recipes and stock.
• Prepare and update customer-wise price lists.
• Check LPO price and quantity after approval.
• Add new item codes for finished goods and raw materials.
• Perform monthly consumption and profitability reports for key customers.
