Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Ras Al Khaimah for an Assistant Leasing Manager. The role involves managing and administering property leases, coordinating with tenants, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, and assisting in lease negotiations. The Assistant Leasing Manager will conduct market research to identify competitive trends, collaborate with the property management team to address tenant requests, and work on strategies for resident retention to support successful leasing outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in managing leases, lease administration, and lease negotiations for mixed‑use developments, including retail, residential, and commercial assets.
  • Extensive experience in retail leasing, residential leasing, and property management leasing, covering day‑to‑day operations, tenant onboarding, lease negotiation, renewals, and portfolio optimization.
  • Strong exposure to leasing operations, reporting, and performance analysis, including occupancy reports, revenue tracking, pipeline management, and MIS preparation.
  • Experience in conducting market research to analyze rental trends, competitor activities, and overall market conditions to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Solid knowledge of property management practices, processes, and operational standards across retail and residential portfolios.
  • Proven ability to implement resident and tenant retention initiatives, ensuring high satisfaction levels and long‑term occupancy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build and maintain tenant and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
