Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology seeks an Asset & Facilities Manager to oversee daily asset operations in mall and retail environments. You will ensure smooth workflows, optimize resource allocation and maximize asset utilization through proactive planning and disciplined execution.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience, an engineering degree (mechanical or electrical), extensive knowledge of total facilities management, and hands-on expertise in retail delivery and tenant management.
