Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a Security/Loss Prevention professional in Abu Dhabi to monitor CCTV and life safety systems, respond to incidents, and protect assets. You will assist guests and colleagues during emergencies, conduct investigations, and maintain confidentiality of security reports.

Ideal candidates have CPR and First Aid certifications, at least 2 years of related experience, and the ability to move through confined spaces while maintaining professional communication and adherence

Qualifications

• CPR Certification required.
• First Aid Certification required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently.
• Ability to move through narrow or elevated spaces.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems
• Dispatch emergency situations to appropriate personnel and record incidents
• Assist guests or employees during emergency situations
• Administer first aid and CPR as required
• Conduct investigations regarding theft, fraud, lost items, and guest complaints
• Maintain confidentiality of all Security and Loss Prevention reports
• Protect company assets and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain professional communication and positive working relationships
