Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Asset Management Advisor to support the development and delivery of asset management services across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technology or engineering field and 8-10 years of relevant experience, including knowledge of ISO 55000 systems. This role requires travel within the MEA region as needed.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in asset management or related fields.
• Experience in implementing asset management services according to best practices.
• Specific experience within roadways, heavy rail or building market.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and technical delivery of Asset Management projects.
• Guide inspections and asset inventory activities.
• Create asset data analysis and reporting.

Skills

Asset management experience

Technical delivery of Asset Management projects

Knowledge of ISO 55000 systems

Experience with PPP Technical Schedules

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Education

Bachelor’s degree in technology or engineering
