Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Engineer, Technical Systems & Procedures to monitor, develop and enhance technical systems supporting Asset Integrity Management, maintenance and reliability across assets' life cycle.

The role requires hands-on ERP and data analytics work, collaboration with operations, IT and SME teams, and driving continuous improvement through system audits and process optimization. On-site role in Abu Dhabi with a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

6 years’ experience and at least 3 years’ experience in a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance technical systems to support Asset Integrity, Maintenance and Reliability, including ONE ERP.
Create and maintain master data across technical systems to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with AIMS/OU teams to review systems and processes for Asset Integrity and Process Safety.
Plan and schedule maintenance and inspection work, and improve related work systems.
Develop reports and perform data analysis using BI tools.
Engage with IT and end-users to implement system enhancements meeting business needs.
