ENOC seeks an Asset Integrity Engineer for HTL operations to drive the development and implementation of the Asset Integrity Management System across HTL terminals, including overseas sites. You will support the Asset Integrity Manager, establish technical standards, and lead maintenance governance and inspections.
The role requires a degree in engineering with 5 years post-graduate Oil & Gas experience (or a Diploma with 10 years) and strong English communication.
Asset Integrity Engineer

To support the development of the HTL Asset Integrity Management System. To assist the Asset Integrity Manager in the development and implementation of Asset Integrity Management initiatives ensuring that HTL performs effectively and efficiently throughout the terminal’s assets lifecycle, from design, to maintenance and decommissioning. To develop and implement the HTL standards providing training and governance as required.
Reports to HTL Asset Integrity Manager within HTL Operations department and will support for the following in the development and management of the Asset Integrity Management System across local and overseas Terminals.
Assist in the development and implementation of the competence assurance system. Act as the Competent Image Person within the Competency Assurance Framework. Act as Assessor and Verifier under the Competency Assurance Framework. Organisation of Annual Technical and Maintenance Manager Meetings. Development of syllabus for the competency assurance program for technicians. Developing and scheduling training programs for Technical and Maintenance Managers.
Conduct Safety Observation Rounds on site at the terminals (inc. overseas). Incident/accident investigation lead/support. Involvement in hazops and design reviews. Support all Terminals in their Energy and Resource Management business plans and implementation.
Capex planning for the terminals sustainability, improving and expansion. Provide input into the annual corporate budgets. Development of Scoping documents, bid preparation and review.
Education and Experience
A degree in a related Engineering discipline with 5 years post graduate work experience in Oil and Gas, Terminals, and related industry; or A diploma in a related Engineering discipline with a minimum 10 year work experience in Oil and Gas, Terminals and related industry at a Supervisory level. A very strong maintenance/asset integrity background. Experience in management of consultants. Good organizational and leadership qualities of Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Good computer skills and conversant in report generation.
