Job summary

Client of Exceed IT Services in Abu Dhabi seeks an IT Asset and CMDB leader to own data governance, asset lifecycle management and endpoint security posture across the estate.

You will lead analysts and engineers, drive automation for discovery and compliance reporting, and coordinate audits with field teams to ensure accurate evidence for governance and external requests.

Qualifications

• CMDB design and data governance including CI classes and data quality.
• IT asset management lifecycle from procurement to disposal governance.
• Endpoint security platforms and posture management.
• Discovery tools and data reconciliation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the CMDB—data model, CI classes, relationships, discovery configuration and data quality standards.
• Own the IT asset management lifecycle from procurement through deployment to secure disposal.
• Own endpoint security posture reporting and governance of remediation activity.
• Define and enforce asset, CMDB and endpoint security policy, standards and audit cycles.
• Line-manage the Asset and CMDB Analysts, Software Asset and Licensing Analyst, Endpoint Security Analyst and Patch Engineers.
• Report asset position, licence compliance and security posture into the governance cycle.
• Own the physical audit programme across the estate with field teams.
• Support client and external audit requests with accurate asset and compliance evidence.
• Drive automation of discovery, reconciliation and compliance reporting.
