Job summary

GAL is seeking a seasoned aircraft maintenance technician in Abu Dhabi to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on AS350/AS550 helicopters. You will ensure aircraft and equipment remain mission-ready, under the direction of the supervisor and with on-the-job training for trainees.

Requirements include EASA/GCAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate or equivalent, a UAE driving license, and type-rated certification, with at least 8 years in aviation maintenance and 5 years on Avionics for

Qualifications

• EASA/GCAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate or industry equivalent.
• High School Diploma or appropriate maintenance school/course.
• UAE Driving License.
• Type Rated certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance supervisor to accomplish the company mission.
• Perform inspection, servicing, and repair of aircraft and equipment.
• Provide on-the-job training to customer trainees to achieve full capacity.
• Complete forms and records for maintenance activities per publications and policies.
• May perform rated/non-rated crew duties to facilitate maintenance activities.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead.
