AlphaGlobal's bakery in El-Ain, Egypt is seeking a skilled Baker to join the team. You will prepare and bake breads, pastries and cakes, following recipes and ensuring consistent quality. The role requires experience, knowledge of baking techniques, and a focus on food safety in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Baker in a bakery or similar setting.
• Knowledge of baking techniques (kneading, proofing, shaping).
• Familiarity with food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lb.
• Willingness to work early mornings or late evenings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes as per recipes.
• Create or modify recipes to meet customer needs.
• Measure and mix ingredients precisely.
• Operate ovens, mixers, and proofers.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures for best results.
• Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, glazes, fruits or toppings.
• Ensure products meet food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic workstation.
