Job summary

Work standard is seeking an experienced and skilled Artisan Baker to join our bakery in Ajman. The ideal candidate is an Egyptian national with a passion for high-quality baked goods and traditional baking techniques.

You will prepare breads, pastries, and other baked goods, work independently or with a team, and handle fast-paced shifts. Salary is 1300$, visa and ticket are provided; accommodation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Artisan Baker or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of traditional baking techniques.
• Able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough according to traditional recipes
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing machines
• Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
• Decorate pastries and breads using various techniques
