Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai seeks a senior AI/ML Architect to define scalable, modular cloud-native pipelines and governance across multi-tenant, multi-region deployments.

You will design end-to-end ML workflows from data ingestion to training, deployment, monitoring and retraining, and lead MLOps, IaC provisioning, and secure API services.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field, Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of specialized experience in information systems.
• Proven success deploying ML workflows in cloud environments (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
• Hands-on with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras).
• Strong Python programming with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX, Airflow) and CI/CD integration.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and privacy standards (NIST/ FedRAMP).
• Proficient in IaC tools (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation).
• Experience with multi-tenant, distributed cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and maintain a scalable, modular AI/ML architecture that aligns with enterprise cloud strategy
• Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining
• Integrate MLOps best practices for continuous integration, delivery, and lifecycle management of machine learning models
• Ensure multi-tenant and multi-region AI/ML workloads are elastic, highly available, and cost-efficient
• Leverage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools to provision and manage cloud-based AI/ML infrastructure
• Design and support reusable, secure, and performant AI/ML services and APIs
• Conduct model validation and optimization in cloud environments, ensuring responsible AI practices
• Maintain AI/ML architecture documentation and update artifacts per sprint cycles
• Support the inclusion of AI/ML metrics, resource utilization, and performance KPIs in technical dashboards
• Guide teams on the selection and integration of third-party ML tools, frameworks, or SaaS offerings

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent required; Master's of Arts or Science in related field preferred
• 15+ years of specialized experience in information systems
• Proven success in architecting and deploying ML workflows in cloud environments (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI)
• Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost, or Keras
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX, Airflow) and CI/CD integration
• Familiarity with federal data governance, security, and privacy standards (JISF, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP)
• Proficient in using IaC tools such as Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation
• Experience with multi-tenant, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture patterns
