Key Responsibilities

• Plan classroom activities across drawing, painting, design, craft, visual studies, and mixed media.
• Encourage students to explore artistic ideas, experiment with materials, and develop their own creative style.
• Teach key art concepts including color, form, line, texture, proportion, perspective, composition, and presentation.
• Create an inclusive classroom setting where students of different abilities feel supported and motivated.
• Assess student artwork, practical participation, creative growth, and project completion through constructive feedback.
• Maintain organized lesson plans, student portfolios, assessment records, display work, and classroom documentation.
• Manage art tools, materials, displays, and resources safely and efficiently.
• Support school art exhibitions, creative showcases, competitions, themed displays, and cultural activities.
• Use demonstrations, examples, visual references, and guided practice to make lessons clear and inspiring.
