Job summary

NNC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Art Director – Social & Digital who can translate briefs into bold ideas and lead campaigns from concept to execution across social, digital, video and experiential touchpoints.

You will collaborate with creative, copy, social, strategy, production and growth teams while embracing AI as a creative tool to speed work without compromising craft.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in advertising, creative, digital or social agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ideas and craft.
• Strong social and digital work across multiple platforms.
• Experience developing campaigns from concept through final production.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategic briefs into strong creative ideas, visual concepts and campaign territories.
• Develop social-first concepts built around how people consume content.
• Own visual direction across social, digital, film, motion, print and experiential touchpoints.
• Design for attention, storytelling and audience behaviour across platforms.
• Art direct shoots including composition, lighting, styling and locations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level creatives and contribute to brainstorms.
