Overview

Lead sales operations and distributor networks in India, ensuring compliance and executing growth strategies in the medical devices sector.

Achieve sales targets, develop strategies, manage client relationships, and analyze market trends across diverse industries and regions as described in the original description.

Responsibilities
  • Develop sales strategies and plans; lead a sales team; maintain client relationships; achieve sales targets; analyze market trends; and use CRM tools for performance tracking.

  • Identify new business opportunities, build key relationships, and drive growth in B2B environments; manage key accounts and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales leadership and channel management; ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans; strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing distributor networks; experience with CRM tools and data analysis.
  • Multilingual skills and regional market experience (where specified in listings) are advantageous.
