1. Proven experience as an architect and project manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, as well as project management tools.
5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome project challenges.
