Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment seeks an experienced architectural designer to develop CAD drawings and 3D designs using Lumion, translating briefs into high-quality interior, exterior and exhibition concepts with visuals and animations.

You will review existing designs, produce rendered presentations, lighting studies, and texture/shader outputs, while collaborating with the team to ensure on-time delivery of project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture required or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of architecture experience within construction or real estate projects.
• Proficiency in CAD, Lumion, SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong capabilities in 3D modelling, visualization, rendering, lighting and conceptualization.
• Ability to create interior, exterior and exhibition design solutions, including walkthrough animations.
• Demonstrated team-player mindset with the ability to learn quickly and deliver projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop CAD drawings and 3D designs using Lumion to support project requirements.
• Interpret project briefs and create high-quality architectural design solutions.
• Produce interior, exterior and exhibition design concepts and visualizations.
• Review existing 3D designs and implement enhancements where required.
• Create rendered presentations, lighting studies, texturing and shading outputs.
• Develop conceptual designs supported by walkthrough animations.
• Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to support project delivery.
