About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Architect III to lead and contribute to the Concept Design Team. This role requires a creative design thinker with exceptional architectural design skills, a deep understanding of project visioning, and a strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams from concept through to schematic design phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of architectural concepts across a variety of project types (residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed‑use, etc.).
  • Support senior architects and design leads in shaping design briefs through research, analysis, and collaboration with clients and consultants.
  • Produce high-quality design outputs, including sketches, diagrams, 3D models, and renderings, to effectively communicate design intent.
  • Coordinate with junior team members by sharing knowledge, assisting with design tasks, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Work closely with technical teams to review feasibility and assist in transitioning concepts into detailed design stages.
  • Stay informed on architectural trends, materials, and technologies, applying them to enhance design quality.
  • Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and presentations as part of the project team, contributing to discussions and design reviews.
Qualifications
  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent).
  • Minimum 6‑8 years of professional experience, with a solid portfolio demonstrating involvement in concept and schematic design.
  • Proven ability to contribute to early‑stage design on medium to large‑scale projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit as a core design and documentation tool; skilled in complementary software such as Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD. Knowledge of parametric tools (e.g., Grasshopper) is an advantage.
  • Strong freehand sketching, visual communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Awareness of sustainable and innovative design practices and ability to integrate them into project work.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in international projects and multicultural teams.
  • Previous work at a design‑led or globally recognized architecture firm.
  • Familiarity with urban design and master planning is advantageous.
