Job summary

Southern Sun Hotel Abu Dhabi invites applications from passionate and hardworking kitchen professionals to join our growing team. We are looking for a Chefs de Partie who can manage kitchen cost and stock control while maintaining hygiene and professional appearance in the kitchen.

You will lead and assist in food production, implement action plans for optimal operation, and support interdepartmental cooperation to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Arabic sweets and pastry.
• Ability to manage kitchen costs and stock control in line with policies.
• Manage staff fairly and in alignment with legislation and the Group's policies and procedures.
• Maintain health, hygiene and professional appearance of the kitchen and all who work in it.
• Implement action plans ensuring the optimal functioning of all Food Production so that guests' expectations are exceeded.
• Facilitate effective interdepartmental cooperation to ensure guests' expectations are anticipated and exceeded.
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
