The role encompasses development, configuration, integration, migration, scripting, security management, and ongoing documentation in on-premises environments, with emphasis on reliability and user training. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of SharePoint Developer experience, on-premises focus.
• Proficient in SharePoint development and workflow customization.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with other systems.

Responsibilities

• Design SharePoint-based solutions by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Develop custom applications, features, and workflows in on-premises SharePoint.
• Configure and customize sites, lists, libraries, and content types.
• Integrate SharePoint with other business systems as required.
• Provide end-user training on SharePoint functionality and best practices.
• Identify and resolve issues related to SharePoint implementations.
• Assist in data migration activities and ensure smooth transfer of data.
• Develop custom scripts for SharePoint automation (PowerShell or similar).
• Implement and manage security configurations within SharePoint.
• Stay informed about updates/patches and apply them as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to configurations.
