Job summary

Royal Health Group AE in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in accordance with DOH Abu Dhabi regulations. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians to ensure safety and effective treatment.

The role requires a DOH license or eligibility, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and experience in hospital, clinic, or home healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing as required by UAE PQR
• Valid DOH Abu Dhabi nursing license or eligibility to obtain license
• Relevant clinical experience in hospital, clinic, home healthcare or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, patient safety, infection control, and medication administration
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS); additional certifications may be required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural healthcare environment
• Proficiency in English and Arabic

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, record vital signs and monitor changes in clinical status
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' responses and report abnormalities promptly
• Assist physicians with examinations, procedures and interventions within nursing scope
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and nursing notes
• Follow infection prevention and control protocols incl. hand hygiene and PPE
• Educate patients and families about medications, treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in emergency procedures
• Ensure safe handling, storage and disposal of medical supplies and waste
• Maintain patient confidentiality, dignity, privacy and ethics
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Report incidents and medication errors per facility policies
• Comply with UAE DOH regulations and organizational policies
