Job summary

Allocation Assist seeks a highly qualified Consultant IVF Specialist fluent in Arabic to join a leading fertility center in Qatar. You will provide advanced fertility evaluations, IVF/ICSI, embryo transfer, and reproductive care with patient-centered, evidence-based practice.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years post-board experience, board certification in reproductive medicine, and licensure with QCHP/DHP or eligibility.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by Qatar authorities.
• Board Certification / Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine, IVF, Ob/Gyn, or Fertility Medicine.
• QCHP/DHP Consultant License or Eligibility Letter.
• Minimum 5–7 years of post-board consultant experience in IVF and reproductive medicine.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and patient management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage male and female infertility cases.
• Perform and supervise assisted reproductive procedures including IVF, ICSI, IUI, ovulation induction, embryo transfer, and fertility preservation treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments, hormonal evaluations, and ultrasound monitoring.
• Develop individualized fertility treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
• Counsel patients and families regarding fertility treatment options, procedures, success rates, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with embryologists, gynecologists, urologists, endocrinologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and ensure adherence to international reproductive medicine standards.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with Qatar healthcare regulations and fertility clinic protocols.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, research, and CME activities.
• Ensure patient confidentiality, ethical standards, and compassionate fertility care.
