Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to manage the full sales cycle for car services in the UAE. You will identify needs, propose value-added packages, and drive revenue through telephonic and field interactions. Strong closing and relationship-building skills are essential.

The role emphasizes prospect qualification, tailored proposals, and meticulous CRM record-keeping to exceed individual and team targets. An autonomous, proactive approach is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 4–5 years in inside sales or telesales, track record of closing deals.
• Experience in selling used cars, insurances, service/warranties or financing is a plus.
• Familiar with automotive market and value-added services.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills with a knack for closing deals.
• Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills to maximize sales.
• Highly organized with aggressive follow-up to meet deadlines and targets.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and closures.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Qualify prospects using various lead sources, including cold, warm, and hot leads.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and recommend value-added services and packages.
• Present tailored proposals and maintain professional communication through emails, calls and texts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, opportunities, and sales outcomes in CRM.
