Job summary

Binance is seeking a compliance professional in the United Arab Emirates to handle global law enforcement inquiries, perform blockchain tracing, and assist with pre-SAR processes while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires Arabic and English fluency, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, accountable mindset.

You will participate in AML/CFT training, support client offboarding, and contribute to day-to-day compliance activities.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years directly related experience in a compliance role or regulatory facing role.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical skills, systematic approach and logical thinking.
• Team player with proactive, user-focused attitude.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership over law enforcement engagement process.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong controls mindset and time management.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and review all forms of global law enforcement inquiries.
• Perform blockchain tracing and preliminary investigations into unusual activities.
• Assist with pre-SAR filing mitigating controls and client offboarding.
• Participate in AML/CFT training and other related programs.
• Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Carry out general administration and related activities as required.
