Nathan & Nathan Human Resources is helping a social-first agency in Dubai recruit a hands-on Content Creator (Arabic). You will produce engaging Arabic video content, manage shoots on location, and collaborate with the in-house production team from concept to post-production.

The role requires mobile-first editing with CapCut, strong storytelling, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while delivering projects on time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Content Creator or Videographer in social media/agency.
• Proficiency with CapCut and mobile editing tools.
• Ability to storyboard and conceptualize video ideas.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit long- and short-format videos for social media.
• Enhance video quality with lighting, color grading, and sound.
• Film content on set and on location using handheld devices.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to plan shoots.
• Manage equipment like mobile rigs, mics, lighting, and props.
• Build skills in After Effects and motion graphics to elevate video quality.
• Contribute to scripting and storytelling of videos.
• Deliver projects within deadlines and manage client expectations.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
