Responsibilities
  • Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage the appointment scheduling process including phone calls and online bookings
  • Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation
  • Provide clear information to patients regarding services procedures and clinic policies
  • Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate continuity of care
  • Handle patient inquiries concerns and feedback with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
  • Support patient follow-up and post-treatment care as required
