Job summary

Starfish in Dubai seeks an experienced KOL/creator coordinator to manage influencer relations in Arabic and English. You will coordinate schedules, documentation, and campaign trackers while maintaining professional care for talent across campaigns.

The role requires excellence in communication, the ability to handle urgent requests, and comfort commuting to the client’s office twice per week. UAE-based availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Arabic-speaking is essential with strong professional communication in Arabic and English.
• Experience dealing directly with influencers/KOLs is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills for constant contact with creators and talent.
• Extremely responsive, organized, proactive and comfortable managing high volumes of communication and follow-ups.
• Coordinating with influencers across campaign requirements, confirmations, schedules, documentation and content follow-ups.
• Experience with government clients would be a strong advantage.
• Experience in tourism, airlines, hospitality or destination-marketing sector would be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail handling creator information, documentation and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with influencers across campaign requirements, confirmations, schedules, documentation, content follow-ups, and administrative needs.
• Support KOLs from abroad, ensuring professional, welcoming and attentive handling of talent.
• Build strong relationships with creators while enforcing deadlines and campaign requirements.
• Communicate with campaign team and clients, including handling last-minute requests and urgent communications.

• Experience within the tourism, airlines, hospitality or destination-marketing sector would also be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail when handling creator information, documentation, schedules and campaign trackers.
• Comfortable coordinating internally with the campaign team as well as directly with the client when required.
