We are seeking an ambitious Arabic‑speaking sales professional to join our home healthcare company in Sharjah. This is a high‑earning commission‑based role for someone who thrives on closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming patient inquiries via phone and WhatsApp
• Conduct sales consultations with families seeking home nursing care
• Schedule free assessment visits
• Follow up with potential clients until conversion
• Meet monthly sales targets (4‑6 new patients)

Compensation

• Base Salary: 2,000 AED per month
• Commission: 500 AED per patient signed (uncapped)
• Realistic monthly earnings: 5,000-8,000 AED
• Top performers earn 10,000+ AED per month

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Arabic speaker (essential - 90% of clients speak Arabic)
• 1‑3 years of sales experience (healthcare, insurance, real estate, telecom, or call centre)
• Excellent phone communication and persuasion skills
• Empathetic and professional approach with families
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven
• Available 9am‑5pm, 6 days per week
• Sharjah resident preferred for easy commute
• Can start immediately
