Job description
Responsibilities
  • Suggest and support the procurement process for any new IT equipment.
  • Deploying and enforcing security policies and procedures.
  • Administering ERP, SFA, Payroll, and Attendance software systems.
  • Provide IT technical support and resolve reported problems for colleagues.
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in procedures and IT equipment.
  • Fortinet Firewall security patches upgrades, management, and maintenance.
  • Management of Azure cloud infrastructure and its security with healthy backups.
  • Support the ongoing/upcoming IT Projects to stick with agreed timelines & coordination and follow-ups.
  • IT supports during working & nonworking hours.
  • Minimize the downtime during any upgrades and failure of hardware/software.
  • Administration of SAP B1 Hana DB, Perform 1st level of support & follow-ups for the escalated issues.
  • Coordination between multiple vendors for support-related queries and follow-ups till the solution is in place.
  • Support & Administration of the integration process between software & ERP.
  • Implement and support automation process in SAP B1 ERP workflows.
  • Propose upgrades, configure new patches, or replacement of end-of-life infrastructure devices.
  • Old & New Salesforce Application support and technical assistance, escalation to vendors towards a fix.
  • Implement policies/standards to improve the quality and efficiency of support services based on ITIL methodology.
  • SAP ERP applications installation, upgrades, enhancement, and patches as when as needed to deploy and coordinate with team and support vendors.
  • Suggest and support cost-cutting practices on IT expenses by adopting new technologies meanwhile taking appropriate measures to avoid any challenges.
  • Sonic Salesforce App Implementation and support the pieces of training and go live with the agreed scope.
