Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking a qualified individual with a background in Clinical medicine or related fields to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves solving technical problems for clients in the IVD application area, facilitating customer training, and maintaining client relationships. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and local immunossary application work experience is required. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IVD Application area, preferably in immunology.
• Local immunossary application work experience is mandatory.
• Must be able to use English as a working language.

Responsibilities

• Solve customers’ technical problems and complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists in troubleshooting.
• Conduct customer training and visit clients regularly.

Job description

Note: Local immunossary application work experience is mandatory required.

Responsibilities:

• Solve customers’ technical problems and complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems.
• Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if/as required;
• Conduct Customer training.
• Visit clients regularly and feedback customers' information to sales team.
• Participate in conference calls by updating technical issues.
• Other tasks arranged by the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred;
• Local immunossary application work experience is mandatory required.
• Able to use English as working language;
• Good communication skills and hard working.
